I find Cortex to be highly professional and very easy to work with. They have been flexible with willingness to match what we wanted out of the training, they listened and also had some great ideas to help us. In particular the use of Insight colours has been extremely useful in identifying personality and communication styles which has helped address some of the issues within the team. The insight personal profile was extremely accurate and we use it on a daily basis and in our appraisals. The 360 feedback has supported us, even though it has been challenging for managers it has brought up key areas of development and assisted in transparent feedback from the staff, accurately capturing the main themes.
